Day 3: Lunch

Totally blew it on taking a pic of lunch.  Today has been unbelievably hectic, including a trip to the ER with a friend.  Did make it to a lunch of Indian food with co-workers... and forgot the picture.  Counted and logged the points, though.  EEEEKKKK!!!!

Day 2: 1-6-10 Dinner

Mmmmmmmmm! Migas! Plus, not shown, one small glass of leftover champagne, a couple of sips of port, and a small truffle. 

Day 2: Unscheduled snack ahead...

I came back from lunch and found a box of chocolate turtles on my desk - well, four out of a box of six.  I immediately gave one away, then calculated WW PPV (2) and had one.  The rest are going away...
I promised myself that I could eat what I want (within the bounds of my WW plan) while doing this video journaling, but that I must take a pic of anything I eat.

Day 2: 1-6-10 Late lunch

Must remember to take pic BEFORE starting to eat!  My favorite take-out lunch: a salad from the Greek place, with grilled chicken, feta cheese, olives AND a pita a taziki sauce! (No dressing.)

Day 2: 1-6-10 Noonish...

Lunch will be late today, so snacking on an apple.

1/3 cup raw oats, 3/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup pumpkin, and 1 T. sliced almonds

1-5-10 Dinner

Oklahoma beef sausage (2oz), sauteed onion and peppers, brown rice, 1/2 slice whole grain bread with 1/2 t. butter, 1/2 wheat beer.

1-5-10 Lunch!

The clementine was x2, and there WERE baby carrots.

Day one - the commitment...

Okay, so it's not January 1st.  But it is January 5th, a perfectly good day to begin this blogging journey.  This will be my honest attempt to take and post a pic of all the food I eat in a day - a new way to keep myself "honest".... a new way to journal.
